These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Sure Ark Technologies Ltd ("Sure Ark", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sure Ark mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we publish from time to time.
To use Sure Ark, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age — You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Legal capacity — You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Not previously banned — You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform by Sure Ark for a violation of these Terms.

Genuine intent — You must use the Platform solely for the purpose of genuine personal connections and not for commercial solicitation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
To access core features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
All male users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before accessing female profiles on the Platform. This is a mandatory, non-negotiable requirement designed to protect all parties and maintain the integrity of our community.
By submitting your KYC documents, you confirm that:
- All documents submitted are genuine, valid, and belong to you
- The selfie photograph submitted is a live image of yourself
- You consent to Sure Ark retaining and reviewing your identity documents
- You understand that submitting fraudulent documents is a criminal offence
Sure Ark reserves the right to reject any KYC submission without providing a reason, and to revoke verified status at any time if we have reason to believe the verification was obtained fraudulently.
Sure Ark provides a curated matchmaking platform that allows verified male users to browse female profiles and, upon payment, access the contact details of profiles they are interested in. Our services include:

Profile browsing — view curated female profiles with names, photos, and descriptions.

Profile unlock — pay a one-time fee per profile to access WhatsApp contact details.

Search & filter — search profiles by name or location.

Transaction history — view your past unlock payments and accessed profiles.
Sure Ark acts solely as a platform facilitating introductions. We do not guarantee that any connection made through the Platform will result in a relationship, and we are not responsible for any interactions that occur between users after contact details have been shared.
Accessing a female profile's contact details requires a one-time unlock payment. By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to the following:
- All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable charges
- Payment must be completed before contact details are revealed
- Each unlock fee applies to one specific profile only
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms
- Sure Ark reserves the right to change unlock prices at any time with reasonable notice
If a payment is declined or fails, contact details will not be released. If you believe you have been charged for a failed transaction, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Submitting false, forged, or stolen identity documents during KYC verification

Sharing, reselling, or distributing contact details obtained through profile unlocks to any third party

Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward any person introduced through the Platform

Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts

Creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension, ban, or KYC requirement

Using contact details obtained through the Platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or commercial solicitation

Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Platform

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, blackmail, or extortion

Impersonating another person or entity on the Platform
Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, or all of the above. We reserve the right to report any suspected criminal activity to Nigerian law enforcement authorities.
All female profiles listed on the Platform are created and managed exclusively by Sure Ark administrators. Sure Ark takes full responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of the profiles we publish.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Profile information is provided in good faith but Sure Ark cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details at all times
- Contact details (WhatsApp number) are verified at the time of listing but may change without notice
- Sure Ark does not guarantee any specific outcome from any contact made through the Platform
- You must treat all individuals contacted through the Platform with dignity, respect, and in accordance with applicable law
All content, features, and functionality on the Sure Ark Platform — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Sure Ark Technologies Ltd and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended personal purpose. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written permission
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Sure Ark.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sure Ark disclaims all warranties, including:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
- That contact details unlocked through the Platform will result in a successful connection or relationship
- That profile information is completely accurate or up to date at all times
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sure Ark Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any:
In no event shall Sure Ark's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Sure Ark in the 3 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time.
Termination by you: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Deletion will remove your personal data subject to our legal retention obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. Any unused unlock credits or payments will not be refunded upon voluntary termination.
Termination by Sure Ark: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account with or without notice if we determine that you have:
- Violated any provision of these Terms
- Submitted fraudulent KYC documents
- Engaged in harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
- Attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
- Created multiple accounts to circumvent a ban
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Sure Ark reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Send a notification to your registered email address
- Display a prominent notice within the app on your next login
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.
