Your KYC documents are encrypted and stored securely. They are never shared with other users or third parties.
Accepted ID documents
Submit a clear image of any one of the following valid Nigerian government-issued identity documents. Both front and back photos are required.
NIMC-issued National Identification Card. Must show your NIN, full name, and photograph clearly.
AcceptedINEC Permanent Voter's Card (PVC). Must clearly show your full name, photograph, and voter ID number.
AcceptedValid FRSC-issued driver's licence. Must not be expired. Both front and back images required.
AcceptedValid Nigerian international passport. Submit the data page clearly showing your photo, name, and passport number.

Your selfie is compared against your ID document photo to confirm your identity. Follow these guidelines to avoid rejection.
What happens after you submit?
Once you submit your KYC, our admin team manually reviews your documents. Here is what to expect at each stage of the process.
Your identity has been verified. You now have full access to browse and unlock female profiles. No further action required.
Your submission is in the review queue. This typically takes up to 24 hours. Please do not resubmit while your application is pending.
Your submission was rejected. Check the reason provided in the notification, correct the issue, and resubmit. Common reasons are listed in the FAQ below.
Do's & Don'ts
- Use a clear, high-resolution photo of your document
- Ensure all text on the document is legible
- Upload both front and back of your ID
- Take your selfie in a well-lit area
- Look directly into the camera for your selfie
- Use your own valid, unexpired document
- Submit blurry, dark, or cropped document images
- Cover any part of the document with your fingers
- Use another person's ID document
- Wear sunglasses or a hat in your selfie
- Submit a photo of a photo (screen capture)
- Use an expired or damaged document
